By using our website, booking an appointment or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this website, submit forms or opt in to our SMS program. By using our website or SMS program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Salon services for guests under 18, including our kids menu, must be booked and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
The Herbal Nails & Spa Scottsdale SMS Program sends text messages to customers who have opted in. Message types include:
Message frequency varies based on your appointments and our current offers. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
STOP: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from the SMS program at any time. You will receive a final confirmation message and no further texts.
HELP: reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us using the support details in Section 6.
START: reply START to re-subscribe if you previously opted out and want to receive messages again.
Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by your mobile carrier according to your mobile plan. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan and any applicable charges.
Mobile carriers, including T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon and Sprint, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is outside our control.

We understand plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice by phone or text so we can offer your time slot to another guest.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, and no-shows, may affect our ability to accommodate future bookings. For group bookings and spa parties, we ask for at least 48 hours notice to cancel or make changes.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
